So you have my money and you won’t reply to my emails and no one answers the phone in Sweden, I have been buying eton shirts regularly for over 15 years, you have just lost a customer, I have raised a chargeback from my bank.

I have used Eton shirts for many years and I'm impressed about the excellent quality they deliver with elegant design, truly masterpieces in every aspect. Very very poor customer service .The shirt we ordered has visited more countries than most people visit in a life time .When it didn’t arrive on time I was PROMISED a refund as we had to buy alternative shirt and shirt returned back to its homeland !,🤯😡.We have bought Eton shirts for years but I think treatment of us was so shabby

My experience with Eton is quite good. The quality of their shirts is solid and good, no doubt about that, BUT....
* I find the shirts are somewhat overpriced.
* I really do not like that their shirt buttons are not mother-of-pearl but plastic, which is quite unusual for shirts in the EUR 150-200 price range. I wonder how long they can keep that as all there competitors in the price range have mother-of-pear buttons.
Further, my personal issue is (but that may suit other people) that their slim-fit is slightly to loose for me but their super-slim fit too tight (and - super-slim - is much to short to stay tucked in dress pants).

Eton resolved my issue promptly, fairly, and courteously. I am very pleased.

In my opinion the quality of shirt is better than anything else available at this price. I will buy again.

Have been a customer for 10 years. Not sure what has happened recently but no order received just automated email answer - no proper response and now several hundred pounds down. Don’t waste your time.

Great shirts but terrible delivery options for UK. The UPS lottery means you may get it or may not get it.

I have been wearing Eton shirts - almost exclusively - for the past 19 years, and I have never been dissappointed. The quality is very high, and fits me perfectly.

I have recently ordered my first custom fit shirt, and I am impressed once again. Perfect fit and delivery was smooth and on time.

I received great size and fit advice from Jonathan at Eton Customer Service. He also provided me some alternatives to a shirt I was looking for but was unavailable in my size. He was also kind to follow up with me a few days later to see if I needed any additional help.
